After taking a look everything was still in great condition, it just really needed a pressure wash and a good paint job. Two days later we were able to get Nancy's place looking brand new and save her a ton of time and money that would have been spent on a full renovation.

Working with Nancy we decided to use a spray gun to create a clean modern finish with a matte look. We prepared the house on the first day with a pressure wash to remove all the old mildew and residue accumulated over the years. Next we taped up all the windows with paper and high quality paint tape to make sure everything was well protected. The last step was to spray the entire back surface in order create a seamless and top quality finish!
Jim came to us to modernize his home because his exterior colors were dated and starting to show their age. We sprayed the beams black in order to add a clean crisp finish.
We pressure washed to remove cobwebs and stains and painted each square of stucco , to bring his vision to life.
The whole project took 4 days!
Working with Jim we decided to hand paint the stucco in order to ensure the best finish. We started off with a pressure wash and were able to remove all the impurities and signs of wear from the exterior before preparing for the job.
